  First time there on a recommendation. Ordered 3 different sizes of donairs. Can see why some people say they are the best in Charlottetown. Plenty of meat for the size you select and not an overbearing amount of garlic in the sauce which was a pleasant surprise coming from Halifax.

  Ordered and they said it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later it's still not done. Go up and ask whats wrong. The pizza was sitting there for 20 minutes already and cold at this point. Toppings were wrong and it was waaaay over cooked.

  I travelled from Montréal to have their donair and it was worth it. I wasn't sure why it was open faced, but I rolled with it. Would recommend.

  The owners "wife" at Jack's Pizza has the WORST customer service skills I have ever witnessed. When a customer orders something a certain way and she messes up that order what gives them the right to try and charge to replace it? She needs a SERIOUS lesson in dealing with customers. I mean if the customer didn't come in willing to spend their hard earned money on your food to begin with you wouldn't be in business so maybe think about that before you treat people like they are wrong. I was loyal to Jack's Pizza for many years, I have referred tons of people there but since the girl with the piercing on her face left the customer service in that place is unbelievable. Maybe her husband should think about taking his wife out of there before he ends up loosing his business to her and the other employees big mouths.
  
  They have awesome donairs though.
